Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of ICOM Barbados provides leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for the organisation’s activities and initiatives. Comprised of dedicated professionals from the museum, heritage, cultural, and academic sectors, the Committee works collaboratively to advance the mission of ICOM Barbados and strengthen the role of museums and cultural institutions across the island. The Committee is responsible for guiding the organisation’s programmes, fostering partnerships, supporting professional development opportunities, and promoting best practices in museum and heritage management. Through their collective expertise and commitment, members help ensure that ICOM Barbados remains a dynamic and effective advocate for the preservation, interpretation, and promotion of Barbados’ cultural heritage. Working closely with members, stakeholders, and international partners, the Executive Committee is dedicated to building a vibrant museum community that encourages innovation, inclusivity, education, and public engagement.
